have been browsing ebay looking for some rock, using sometimes the keyword fishtank - well you never know

anyway ive just come across this

That filter looks tiny to! and 2 red tail cats! the Oscars are bad enough but seriously those poor fish!

really is a crying shame, and i feel kind of guilty but i couldnt do anything with them

and yes thats the first thing i thought too that the filter was very small would hate to see the test results for the water

maybe someone with a heart will take them and know exactly what to do with them, but i have a feeling maybe not

would it be worth contacting the seller and letting them know what they've done? maybe ring around a few LFS to see if anywhere could take the fish? if i lived closer i'd seriously consider buying it then try my hardest to find those fish a happy home (or persuade the other half to let me get a tank big enough for them )

good lord youd need one hell of a tank for that lot
i seriously dont think anyone in their right mind would take the tank with that stocking,maybe worth asking them to consider rehoming them?

i agree im sure they will just ignore you though! although I might email them to at least say they will need a bigger tank at least to let other ebayers know!! well maybe 4 bigger tanks! rehoming a red tail cant be easy let alone 2!

"thanks none taken.... the fish were given to us a week ago and as we were selling the tank we thought we would try to sell the fish with it . thanks anyway"

chances are unless someone that knows exactly what they're planning to do with the fish buys it, someone with no knowledge at all will buy it and all the fish will gradually die off. sad to say but these things happen
