I have two of these. One of them is currently in line in my aquarium, the other is in its box, not even taken out! I was going to use it as well as my reactor, but decided to stop using CO2. No idea how effective they are to be honest!! But they are a much cheaper way of diffusing the CO2. Cost £10 +£6 P&P from Hong kong, so they normally come with a free long wait haha.
I know you need a fair bit of pressure in your CO2 to get these to work.... my inline one never worked, as i connected it just as my CO2 ran out! Hence the second one never actually made it out the box! But with a pressurised CO2 kit, they will work fine
