Snallest Heater On The Market?

Hi, i have a spare hospital tank, it's only 10L but i'm planning on doing a mini aquascape with it and adding either a couple of shrimp or a betta.

I need to know what the smallest and most discreet heater on the market is?

Also, i remember seeing some simple foam filters, they were very small and cheap but i just can't remember what they are called, huang yung or something? Does anyone have any idea?

I really don't like the look of the hydor mini heater, i need a permanent and stabilised temp so this won't work.

yup that's 1cm smaller than I've found so far but the company is in the US and they dont say that they ship abroad, probably wouldn't be value for money if they did.

The newattino ones are pretty small. The + model has a built in thermostat set st 26C I think. It's only 10w though. I have it in a 3 gall and it's struggling atm. I've had to add back the hydor mini to supplement it. I need another tank for that setup!
