I have 2 "Golden Mystery Snails" (from PetsMart) in my tank at school, and now I'm overwhelmed with babies (I squish them and feed them to the fish). BUT...I have 2 more "Golden Mystery Snails (from Petco, and smaller) and no babies in the tank. Could they be 2 different types? Or are the smaller ones just too young to reproduce yet? What snails, if any, can I get that cannot reproduce with just one in the tank? I like having them, to clean up the bottom, but don't like all those offspring!
