Hi, so I notice two snails in my first tank and they randomly just appear. Im wondering if anyone know what snails they are?

Just a common freshwater Pond snail aka pest snail. If you've bought live plants then they've probably tagged along with them. There's plenty in my tank, i don't mind them, and they do a good job of breaking down detritus and creating mulm. A bit like earthworms of the planted aquarium. They'll also eat a bit of algae for you too. They're a good indicator if you're overfeeding your fish, as what your fish don't eat, the snails will! And they'll multiply with enough food.

If you hate them then there's a few techniques for removing them. Using chemicals should be a last resort though.
