Small Heater For Baby Biorb?

My heater kit for the Biorb has arrived and well..it's massive! It'll just look silly in there, could anyone please recommend a smaller one that would be more suited to it please?

I have a 3 gall bowl which I have rigged up with a heater and filter for a betta. The round sides mean it's very difficult to get a heater to fit-they're usually too long. I did have the newattino one on this page, the plus model with thermostat, but I monitored it with a data logger and the temp was all over the place, from 20 right up to 34! It was second hand though, so I presume it was faulty. They're very small so should fit in your biorb.
I ended up with the hydor heater just below on that page, but it has no thermostat, it's just on all the time and raises the water temp by approx 2 degrees.
Is the kit you bought definitely for the baby one? Strange that it would be so big.

You should look into a Hydor Mini-Heater... they are flat like a pad and might be easier to work with.

use that one that they sent you and cover it with plants, i have an Elite 25w in mine, even bigger chunkier i thinlk, dont bother me one bit tho

I am in the same situation, looking for a heater for my baby biorb.

Preferably something cheaper than the ReefOne one for the Biorb (£30)..

Would this work well? A Newattino 10w heater with thermostat.
