Skunk Loaches + Exodons = Disaster?

I recently got a 55 gallon tank, and I've always been set on getting exodons. I'm looking for this tank to be a moderately planted low light tank with a sand/laterite substrate.

Looking to get maybe around 10ish exodons and was considering about 5 skunk loaches to help aerate the sand. I know how aggressive exodons are and I've heard how aggressive skunk loaches can be but do you think they can handle themselves against exodons? Or would they just get picked off? If not i'll looking into some Malaysian snails...

So are you saying you want a fair fight or a peaceful tank?

Bad bad bad idea, species tank for either fish really.
