Size Of New Guppy Fry!

I just had one of my female guppies release about 30 fry. I have them in a seperate 5 gal and they are doing great. The question I have is that some of the fry are a lot bigger than the others. Does this slight size difference mean the bigger ones will be females? Might be a dumb question but I figured I could always run across a guppy expert here! Thanks

it might.. but normaly its just they where the first to be fertalized by sperm and they are the most developed and thus bigger.
