Single White Dots/eggs On Wood?

So I took the wood out of my tank as I dont have a pleco anymore and I found loads of single white eggs dotted on it. What can these be?

In the tank I only had 2 ghost shrimp, mts, ramshorn snails and apple snails, as my fish all died a month ago after introducing some fish that were carrying a disease of some sort.

Apple snails lay their eggs above water, so we can rule that out. I don't know enough about the others though, sorry.

I dont THINK its the snails, but I could be wrong. As you said apple snails are above the water in clumps, ramshorns seem to be jelly-like and stuck to the glass, and I think mts are livebearers, but not sure.
