Silver Tipped Tetra

My tetras have developed a dulling/whitening of some scales in the past few days, any ideas what this could be?

Hard to tell, could be any numerous things. Ich, loose scales, fungus, just a change from getting old, marks from fighting one another. Really need a better picture.
