ok. you need to get yourself a photo host account, from something like photbucket or imageshack. upload your pics to the host. then copy the IMG link, past it in your post, and it is done.

Oh really, bobo? I didn't know that! Sorry about that. So I agree with you. Barry, just go on a website like http/www.tinypic.com and upload it, then copy and paste the code that it gives you for forums. That should do it.
