I'm in the US! -- the link will not help you. And the place I got them from (AnubiasDesign) did not offer them since.
(Btw, I normally don't buy from mail -- much better to be able to check the fish myself -- but at the time Zebra loaches were really hard to find, nearly all the imports carried some weird bacterial disease with 100% kill over time and not treatable...)
