Sick Molly

One of my female mollies has been down as of late, and has shown what I believe to be physical signs of illness/parasite. Can anyone confirm this? Pictures below.

Aww shes pretty. Although I have never experienced this disease I think the specks are Velvet although it doesn't look powdery enough but it does affect the gill area also.

hmm...i'm not sure wat this is, but i don't think this is velvet or ich, i think those are usually all over and white, hope she gets better

I'm not sure exactly what you're pointing at here? The black dots could be coloring. She does look pretty thin though, which could be a symptom of internal parasites. Any other abnormal behavior?

She hides in a cave-like dwelling I have in my tank most of the time, but seems to have gotten better as of late. She did get rather thin pretty fast. I thought she was pregnant, but I could have been wrong. I've seen no fry. It could be that I didn't notice the dots right away, but she did seem to be scraping herself on things in the tank which might explain the apparant wound on her left side near her gill.
