Later this year, we will have a Fish of the Month contest featuring Bettas. Some of our members have great looking Bettas. Considering entering your Betta fish in the contest.

Not to rain on your parade, but I notice that your betta is very bloated in the pics. You might want to try fasting or changing his diet to prevent constipation and potential swim bladder issues in the future. If left untreated chronic bloat can lead to issues with buoyancy and swimming.

Yes he has been like this for 2 days now..thata why I initially took a picture today (to compare as days go on to see if it's improving) going to fast for day or two to see if he improves

No worries, I just wasn't sure if you knew. If he doesn't improve with the fasting you could take a look at what you're feeding him/how much. Check the ingredients for your pelleted or flake food if you feed it. Betta's have a hard time digesting foods with a lot of fillers like wheat flour or that are high in plant matter.
