does anybody know the standered cost of delivery from seapets.co.uk
has anybody ever used these? how good are they?

i asked this same question 1 or 2 days ago, i got free delivery on a fluval flora. they say they contact you after you order online but this was thursday and i still havnt heard anything.

I use them quite a lot. They are always really helpful and really quick!

I think delivery is free if you spend £20 or £25. I just ordered parts for my external filter....this is taking a bit longer to arrive seen as they need to order from the manufacturer, but thats understandable.

TBH, Sea Pets are now one of my first stops when buying new stuff for my fish or parrots

Our regular delivery charge is £4.95 for parcels up to 30kg, We ship all parcels on a 24 hour (next day) delivery. The shopping basket weight is calculated as products are added, it normally takes a lot of products to get to 30kg.

For small items that we are able to post, the charge is only £1.95 (First Class Parcel Post) but is solely at our discretion, we want you returning regularly so we will always keep the cost to the minimum.

I ordered about £80 worth of silk plants from them about 6 weeks ago and still only have half the order. and I had to complain before they offered to send me the first half. Apparently they're waiting for the plants from their supplier!
