Sea Lice For Cichlids?

I was wondering would it be safe to feed my pikes and jag some wild sea lice? I have always thought about it, but wasn't sure if it would be a good idea. I guess if trout eat them, they can't be too bad. Of course I would rinse them in fresh water before feeding them to my fish. Any expirences regarding this?

There's lice and theres lice

For instance Hog Lice/Fresh Water lice are harmless detritivores.

While slime delving lice/mucal lice are nasty parisites.

i know about freshwater ones we used to feed our fish them
but never heard of anyone feeding sea lice i thought they
were the one that you found all over see trout

I am not sure what I am seeing while I am trouting near river mouths near the ocean are even Sea Live now that I am looking at some pictures on the net. From above the things I'm looking at almost seem like little white shrimp, maybe half an inch long at the most.
