i have a 125litre tank with a 2 inch gsp in it, no other fish
i have a sand substrate with rocks and artificial plants in it
i do a 50% water change twice a week, and have a fluval U3 filter that provides good filtration and surface agitation.
i feed frozen bloodworms, snails, cockles, and other small seafood during the week, and remove uneaten food etc after 15-20 minutes
im still getting this scum/film at top of water, and its driving me crazy
just looks soo dirty
ive tried filter floss, no good, and tried paper towels, they just get wet and sink
anyone any other way to help remove this?
the tank has been set up about 4 weeks, and was wondering if a surface skimmer may be any good?
