Scat Fish

Hi,

Please can somebody help me. I went to the pet shop and bought two green scats for my tank and in with them in the shop was a blue lobster. I asked if they could be kept together and was told yes but now it appears by reading the internet this is not the case as the scats need to be in brackish water. Can the lobster live in brackish water?

Almost certainly not. What we call "lobsters" are usually crayfish, and they tend to have a fairly low tolerance for brackish water. There's some variation between species, but not nearly enough to make them viable additions to the brackish water aquarium.
