scared Bp's

Hey when i first got my Bp's they used to 'follow' the other fish in the tank and became more confident that way recently ive had a lot of problems with fish attacking eachother etc and a friend has taken the other fish in the tank so im left with three bp's and two catfish and another little cichlid.

since the other fish left my bp's just hide at the back of the tank only coming forward to get food first thing in the morning ( they normally wake me up splashing)

any ideas as to how i can get their confidence up???

check the parameters for any changes.... Its probably just because they are pouty cichlids that dont really like changes

id taken the horrible black plastic out the back of the tank cos they kept jumping over it... ill try putting it back in

Some dither fish could help. Something like rosy barbs.
