Really nice pics mate. When did you get the Banggais? Are they wild / farmed / tank bred? I was reading in PFK this month that those guys are bordering on endangered because of people collecting them for the aquarium trade. :sad: I wouldn't buy them now out of principle.

Really nice pics mate. When did you get the Banggais? Are they wild / farmed / tank bred? I was reading in PFK this month that those guys are bordering on endangered because of people collecting them for the aquarium trade. :sad: I wouldn't buy them now out of principle.
I got the bangaiis when I started my tank. They've been with me forever! lol, I'm thinking they're tank bred but also I don't really get why they would be on the endangered list because they seem really easy to breed under good condtions. They're mouth broaders, even mine held babies for a while but they ate them.
 
Yip, one of the easiest marines to breed. Apparently about half of the total population are wild caught for the aquarium trade every year. I think they're just worried about how sustainable its going to be in future.
