Sad News! Some Pics! Synirr Gals Arrived

I just unpacked and am acclimating 6 Synirr girls. 5 are in a hospital hang on in a 25 usg Eclipse 3, and 1, Ms. Quasi, is in a hospital hang on in a 2 (?) usg bowl. They will get no pics today. But they are quite lovely. I am taking a chance and putting the VT girl from petco and the Erica HM girl in with them. The Erica girl is very large in comparison, so I will have to keep my eyes open.

Ms. Quasi is sooooo tiny! She wasn't marked, but I believe I got her right.

Yay, glad they got there ok! Quasi is pretty hard to miss, hehe, just look for the one with the spine shaped like a W

Ms. Quasi is very cute and very alert. She comes over right away at the least notice and wants to talk.

They were a day late, but I was glad of it. Thursday was a bad day. They seem to be settling in. Strangely, the Vt gal and the Erica girl are palling around. I guess they got aquainted when they were next to each other. One of the Synirr girls put Ms. Erica on notice and scattered the duo. She was not about to back down. Don't know what the fuss was about but Ms. Erica and the VT gal don't rule the sorority.

Hey! Check it out!

Ms. Quasi says, "Hi! Mommy Synirr! Now, lady, feed me!" She had pea for dinner. Which, as every well raised Betta lady should do, she attacked with gusto. The next day flake, and then the treat: live black worm! It didn't stand a chance. She did play with it first though. I may rename her Ms. Kitty!

Thanks, and you are right, naughtygirl. Lately they have been coming out pretty poorly. I have had to do quick shots on the run and then don't have enough to get a good selection to work with. I have just barely gotten where I have enough spare time to be a TFF frequenter again.

[Hehe, a good photo program makes a differance too. But don't tell. I had a good one on the laptop, and I finally got it on the desktop--with an upgrade. I can take less shots with a good program. ]

I had to ask Synirr if Quasi was able or needed medical care. I can't do the medical stuff RW does. So all she needs a a good spot to call her own, and she is well able to manage. She is quite lost in 2 gal, though she is ready to come whenever called. She is funny looking though

Definately handi-capable.
