Anyone have an incidents with them moving things around?

Spoke to my local sorting office and apparently the package I was waiting for is in Dartford. The package is not even in the same county the day after delivery. even though it is next day delivery guaranteed.

Anyone have any similar problems with them or horror stories?

Maybe we should not have used them for the job in the first place for live things...i did not know that it was illegal.

it is illegal to use and shouldnt be used for live fish.
they dont know its real fish .

ive had late fish myself twice with these both survived this time.

if your shrimp dont have a hat pack, i m not sure if theyll survuve as the temp could drop quite a bit!

I thought it wasnt illegal for fish, if its next day delivery then I think it is legal..

Arrh right...That was the service we used....not so next day though...more like two day delivery!

its NOT illegal if you mark the box " live creatures" have a look at the website, i looked at it to check a few weeks ago,as my special deivery was a whole day late, being 2 days instead of 1 day

the only fish that can be posted are fry a, not even jueveinle fish can be posted!

alot of post offices will refuse.

Yeh, i thought it was fry or eggs only?
I had one sent to me a while ago and it went from south wales to Dartford instead of Cornwall? That one took 2 days but was actually very lively and very healthy

Dartford seems a popular place for things to go wrong or get lost...
