Royal blue!

Can anyone help me to identify this fish. I know he is from the rift lakes. A peacock or hap or something. I purchased him as a peacock. He has turned into the tank boss and has colored up amazingly great.

It looks like an electric blue hap to me. Such a pretty fish!
