I contacted AE by e-mail asking if they were expecting any Rotala Wallichi in stock. There are no plans to get any in unless there is a minimum order of 5 (relates to the minimum order to Tropica for individual species). I am only after a single pot as a feature plant for my 15-gallon, so getting 5 for me is out of the question. If anyone else is interested and would order some if it was available, AE are happy for me to ask the question here (OK on their forum, but here is good too!), and they would order it in if requests reached 5 or above.

So, if you would like some, please post here with quantities.

I did try a different online retailer, who did send me some *cough* Tropica r.w.. Shame it is basically dead and is nowhere near the quality AE have provided myself and others with in the past! AE all the way now!

Edit: for reference: http://www.tropica.com/productcard.asp?id=032A

Free? No, AE will order it in if people request and are willing to pay the relevant amount for the number of pots they want, providing people request (all together) 5 or more pots.

oh no thanks then i want to create a kind of iwagumi tank but with diferent types of carpeting plants and some medium plants at the back

You wouldn't happen to know how much AE will be selling it for?
It's looks like a really nice plant and I'd love to have some...the fact that it's 'difficult' would normally put me off, but reading up on it I think my trigon 190 has perfect conditions. I'm going to be buying a bunch of stuff from AE within the next month including plants and t5 lighting to get that tank started so an another plant like this one in my basket would be cool.

However I have a synodontis that may rip it to shreds if he takes a particular liking to it...and I don't want to be spending too much on something that may just end up being expensive fish food -_- .

No idea on price, similar plants are between £4 and £5, so I'd guess somewhere around there.

That's not too bad, but if It's over £5 then I don't think I would risk it...
So I'll buy some if they have it in stock when I'm making my order, possibly next week :good: .

Who is AE? Where do they deliver? I am looking for a place to get good plants, and love that one...

www.aquaessentials.co.uk and yes, they deliver.
