i know i can just research these stuff in the internet but, i want to learn from other's personal experience so, does anybody have any care tips and how to avoid diseases?

Keep the water and tank clean and feed them a varied diet. Have lots of hiding places. They are pretty tough and don't have many issues if kept in a clean tank.
