Its come a long way in 2 weeks! Some of the ornaments are not to my taste but overall very nice.

BEEN RUNNING SINCE 20th SEPT sorry put wrong date (just checked calender)

the ornaments not my choice either but my 5 and 3 year old love the tank so they have the ornaments they want in there lol

looks ok but not sure on all the ornaments why dont you just get rid of them and keep it to just plants or wood

i did explain further up in another post that my children enjoy / share the tank so they love all the ornaments and as long as they are happy then so am i , the fish are also happy in there - well they seem happy lol

Thanks

Sarah xx

Get rid of the ornaments! nice tank though :good:

trouble is would have to get rid of the kids aswell ;) and they're 3 and 5 and my little angels so ornaments have to stay so we have happy kids and a happy mummy lol
HAVE convinced them that the star fishes and dora would be better in the hospital tank so now just got the lighthouses , dinosaur , bridge and slate ornaments :)

thanks Sarah xxxx

na don't worry hun i take all comments on board and i would prefer without all the ornaments lol so when the leave home in 30 years or so i can have my tank back

Take care Sarah xx

Sounds like you're trapped. The little mites are running the household - always happens :fun:

Id want my heater hidden tho. Looks like it is attached at the back in the middle of the tank. If you have good water flow there is no reason why it cant be hidden in one of the back corners where the taller plants will help to conceal it.

I cant wait for my new plants to grow up and hide my heater and water inlet/outlet pipes.

Nice fish by the way!

How about a couple (3) of the smaller Corydora species. They are good fun to watch and wont prevent you adding further shoaling tetra varieties.. and wont eat the baby livebearers.

Plus you could then have Dora 1 Dora 2 and Dora 3 in your tank so the kids will have little Dora the explorers of their very own! :shifty: :fish:
