Reducing Filter Flow

i have a powerful internal filter in my 60l tank

its is so powerful it is almost uprooting my plants

is there anyway of reducing the power of the flow from the spraybar?

slow it down for a few weeks, and they will root, then turn it back up.

you can aim the spray bar at the glass

Point the spray bar to the glass, thus reducing the flow.

As said, point the spraybar at the glass, and you could also drill more holes in it.

pointed it at the glass which has worked, will see how the fish do
