Is RTS compatible with upside down catfish (nigriventris)?

So long as the tank is big enough, i dont see why not! I have kept them together fine but it will mean that absolute minimum is a 4ft tank... though 5ft+ is better for the shark as they get very territorial and need space.

I keep my red tail in a 50 gallon with 3 Synodontis Jaguar hybrids and she even shares her house, at least until the smell of food is in the water then she becomes territorial but calms down later
