Redesigning My Acf Tank - Suggestions?

I am redesigning my ACF tank as I move...(seems perfect bc I have to break it down anyway!)
Has anyone had sand with ACF? I know they kick it up a ton but in general do they seem to like it?
I have a ton of caves and plants and a decent size java moss ball -
any other suggestions?

I am considering getting pool filter sand - have read up on it, seems like a great choice...what do you guys think?

Sounds great, these guys really aren't fussy. I've seen cases where they have eaten large pieces of gravel though, it's not normally a problem.

Pool filter sand is fantastic. Everything is basically up to you, depends what look you want. I think the more natural the better, so would go with loads of live plants and rocks collected from a local river.
