Red Tailed Black Shark

Just joined this forum as needed some urgent advise on my shark. Not been acting herself for about 5 or 6 days now, colour is still as it should be, dark black and bright red tail, however it has what looks like large white lips and this is what i am worried about.
Any ideas?
I am the second day into treating the water with eSHa 2000, so was hoping this would help, but just wondered if anyone has seen this before.

Could you give us some more information about your set up, please? Tank size, how long it's been set up, occupants, any water test results you have, along with any details of filtration, temperature etc, would all help.
 
Most fish problems are related, either directly or indirectly, to conditions in the tank, so the more info we have, the better we can help you get to the root of the problem.
