red scratches

Me Again (sorry)
I have now out my guppy in the hospital tank all seems fine in there but these symptoms i have just had another good look and on the back near her tale is red scratches, then she has the sort of slight whiteness to her top but not too sure if her scales are starting to stick out its really small area!

Umm i have treated her tank with anti internal bacteria meds, on advice
Is this the right thing to do?

Yes for what she has you are treating with the right med, the whiteness on top do you mean below the dorsal fin is it fluffy or a white slimey patch.

um no it just on top of her body a little in front of the fin, but it kind of looks aggggggggg i cant explain it its not really fluffy but just whitish. but the streaks are quite harsh near her tale but still on her body

"Septicemia"

Symptoms
Fish may have reddening at fin bases, blood streaks throughout the fins and body, small hemorrhages around the eyes. Dull listless behavior and lack of appetite may also be present.

Cause
Systemic bacterial infection caused by various bacteria, including Aeromonas, Pseudomonas and Vibrio. The illness is often brought on by poor water quality or as a result of parasitic infestations or other infections. These bacteria enter the blood stream and circulate through the tissues causing inflammation and damage. Inflamed blood vessels in the skin and at fin bases stand out. Blood vessel and heart tissue damage cause hemorrhaging and consequently leakage of body fluids into the abdomen, which may lead to Dropsy.

yea sounds like it the white bit dont seem too bad its the redness thats getting worse, she still quite active though So u reckon the meds i using are ok?

Well I'd rather use antibiotics on the fish but that out the question in this country, good luck anyway.

the streaking sounds like septiceamia. can you get a pic?
can you give details on tank size, occupants, how much and how often do you do water changes.
