Red Dot On My Guppy Lol

Well, of the 2 living guppies, 1 has a red dot on his tail... I am going to get them in my old 2 gallon tank for now, so they dont infect the tetras and oto cats. Is this spreadable or mainly a guppy low-immune system thing? lol

I cant seem to get a pic, they are moving too fast. I will try again in a bit. but it just looks like a reddish/brown dot on the tail fin. Could be the same thing my other guppy had, when his tail went brownish white and he died in a day...
