My Red Cordyline keeps gradually losing its lower leaves 
, they start by becoming see thru with the skeleton showing a little and then progress until they are just a skeleton. It is growing new leaves but not fast enough and i dont see the fish eating it. I leave the light on about 8hrs a day but have not used any fertiliser at all as my local shop advised against it. Any suggestions as at this rate it will end up a 1 leaved stalk! Thanks in advance
