Red Cherry Shrimp

Lol a 6 weeks ago I gave some guppies to a guy who is local to me for free as there not what I wanted in my set up
To cut a long story short he gave me some plants an some mt snails as a swop
When I got the snails home I saw in the bag a very tiny baby cherry shrimp
Not thinking he would last long with my betta I put him in
Well 6 or so weeks later he has popped put to say hi
Well happy he still in there

Will he be alright on his own ?

he will be 'alright' but they normally form part of huge groups in the wild so they much prefer to be with more of thier own. Adding some more certainly wont hurt!

I'd throw another 10+ in, they will feel safer in a group and come out much more.

When I broke an old tank down I found one cherry shrimp hiding under some wood, was fully grown but never seen it before !
