One of my two Hoplo Catfish seems to have about 4/5 red blobs on it, and she has been more lethargic than usual (except at feeding time) I do 50% weekly water changes, and the tank has been up and running for over a year. I can move her to a separate 27 litre tank if I need to. Please can you tell me how to treat it, what it is, and how it is caused, thank you :)

nitrite: 0
nitrate: 10
pH: 7.5
Ammonia: 0

EDIT: Can I use aquarium salt and internal parasite meds to cure it? Thanks.
