Red Belly Pacu Won't Eat

i don't realy know.........

but no worms from the big outside world for the little guy right?

:hyper: lol PEAS make good poop!!!!!!! :hyper:

worms is a hard one. i would feed them. but i totally understand why some would never do it.

ok cool thank you guys im so happy!!

dig up a corner of your lawn or a flowerbed where you know no chemicals have been used, I've fed earthworms numerous times and had no problems

have pellets but he is still just a baby and can't eat them

I've got some 1inch cichlids that are able to eat pellets that are as big as themselves, so a pacu should have no problem eating them

Pacu.....Pacu? what are ye doing with one of those?? you should get rid asap, whilst i love these fish, it will soon out grow your tank, and you will be looking at getting a shop to take it, i had two of these fellas when i first started, i bought them at circa 50 pence size, but once at 1.5ft 'they get to 3ft in a tank easily' i phoned around and got nothing but a talking down by the shops, be careful!

sorry but i doubt that, having gone through this myself, it is...heartbreaking to let them go, they grew so fast and letting them go was really bad. my partner cried her heart out - im sure you will do whatever you want, but in time, you will realise what im talking about

I have a big red belly pacu and he loves Cichlid Gold floating pellets he also eats the feeder fish that I put in for my other fish.
