Recommended Malawian Cichlids

Hi i bought a new 55 gallon fish tank and was unsure of what fish i should put in. I like Malawian ciclids, i just wanted to know what fish you guys recommend.

Well, before you put any fish in, make sure it's cycled, preferably fishless (my apologies if you already know about cycling).

As far as stocking, it really depends on what you can get locally. The best plan is to go to your LFS, write down what species they carry, research them, and then post possible groups, and we can help you narrow it down.
