Bloodfin and Silvertip tetras are nice fishes but bloodfin is nippy when silvertip isn't.
You'll have to adjust parameters to Betta's preferences as bloodfin and silvertip are more tolerant fishes.
Your tank has to be heavily planted.
Please provide pics of your tank.

Bettas can eat human food as one of the foods. But not all, but limited to some foods such as chicken, pork, beef, peas, spinach, lettuce, and even cucumbers. In addition, when feeding bettas, pay attention to the dosage to ensure your fish is always healthy. For example, meat should be cooked and served at a minimum. The peas provide quite a bit of fiber. You need to cut them into very small pieces while making them mushy so that the fish is easy to consume.

Too fatty, especially beef. Preferably freshwater products. Peas are good but better if peeled. Always keep in mind Betta is a predator that loves wriggling preys 😁
Betta is primarily larva/insect-eating and feeds at the surface and mid water.
