Recommend A Good Heater

i've just ordered a 4ft tank from nd aquatics can someone recommend a good heater fo this.

Fluval E Series Electronic Aquarium Heater 300w. (The 300 watt model is suitable for aquariums up to 375 litres) It's what I want, but I have just a basic Juwel heater in my 180 litre.

It depends. You can get heaters which go inline with the filter, or as part of a filter unit so that you don't have to have an additional heater in the tank. Some people use two heaters in larger tanks to get a more consistent temperature across the water from one side of the tank to the other. =)

might i suggest you consider 2 150w haters, of whatever make, as opposed to 1 300w? as, even the best, haters are prone to fail (worse still, stick on). this is one of the best fishkeeping safety tricks. true, its costs a little more. but, if you have a problem, you could save, stock, peace of mind and cash.
