Umm
I have (or, had) mystery/apple snails
I came home one day (around a week ago) and one adult was dead.
I assumed it was from age (they're ~1 year), so I removed it from the tank, checked my nitrates, nitrates, GH, and PH, everything was fine so I moved on with my day.
I came home from work yesterday and all but 2-3 snails were all dead (I had about 20-25 to start with)
My water parameters are the same as always, so I have no idea what is going on.
Should I remove the ones still alive from the tank??
Gh: 6
pH; 7.5
No2; 0
No3; 0

Tank size:
3'x2'x3'
or 37"x24"x37"
or 91.44cm x 60.96cm x 91.44cm

47 US gallons/177.914 Liters
Planted

what is the ammonia level?

do big daily water changes and gravel cleans for a week ands see if it helps
make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

You’re saying you have fish in the same tank & they’re all fine?
Very odd if so & your chems are good.
