Raising juvenile fish

I special ordered some purple harlequin rasbora. I wanted to fill out the school I have. The store got them in. But they are juveniles. About half the size of the adult harley I got with them. Right now all three are in quarantine. Since they are juveniles, I don't know much about feeding them. AI says once or twice a day with only one fasting day a week.

But I don't like to rely on AI so I would appreciate insights on feeding juveniles.

When I'm growing small arrivals like that, I feed them once daily, with no fasting day. But if I have a chance, I do 2 30-40% water changes weekly for them. That, more than food, accelerates growth.

Are we talking about 3 rasboras? If so very small but frequent feedings plus the water changes @GaryE recommends. I feed fry and juves twice daily with frozen BBS, cyclops or daphnia with the occasional powdered flake. No fasting day.

Trying to find info by AI is not always a good idea. For AI also uses texts/info from sites that show incorrect info. But AI relies on it being correct.
I would follow Gary's routine if I were you...
