Rainbows Eating Everything!

My Rainbows are too fast when feeding time comes around. My other poor fish hardly get a look-in! Also, when feeding my Cories at night, I turn lights off and wait til I'm sure they're not paying attention but as soon as I drop the pellets in the biggest Rainbow comes darting from the depths! Any suggestions?

Put flake and the pellets in at the same time; then the flake should keep the rainbows busy while the pellets sink for the cories. Don't worry too much; if the cories are really hungry they'll come up to feed.

I've tried that Fluttermoth. They're so fast. They quickly grab the pellets and go straight back to the flakes. I have to put my hand right in and they scarper so I then put the pellets down behind a plant and hope for the best. I have noticed some of the platys, along with the rainbows, following the corys when they dig around hoping for a morsel.
