Yes! if you can get another bag of the 'rocks', you could put that in the case as well, as they don't give you much with it

so i dont need that case with the white Biomedia in? but if i have ill fish it will take out the medicines in the water...is that right?

No. You definitely DO need the case with the white biomedia in. Leave that in. It's not carbon.

If you have a carbon pad/sponge (flat, stiff, black, sort of pillow or rectangular shaped) you can take that out.

sorry guys...new to this...i sound really dopey
All i have in there is 2x sponges (cream and course on one side and black and fine on the other) and the case with the white biomedia.

Yes, you're doing fine. Don't worry too much; it's not like carbon will do any harm. I peeled the cream sponges off the carbon bit in mine and added another two of the sponges, that's all
