YAY! It's offical, finally got back down to 4.9ppm of NH3. It is doing something, it is, it is! 
NO2 went a bit up. NO3 is at 5 (even tried hitting the bottle on the table before testing, didn't make a difference.)
If I remember correctly, the water I use has some nitrates in it (20 or 40, I don't remember exactly.) If the level IS actually only 5 (somehow) it will go up when I do my next water change.
The only things I can think of that could be lowering the NO3 is either the water conditioner, which would be a rather delayed reaction so I doubt it, or the Bio Support I added.
If it IS the Bio Support, would adding it to the water with my conditioner (before adding to tank) do any harm? Would keep the levels managable, considering theres already NO3 in the water, until my weekly water changes. (Note: I bring 2 quarter tank changes (7.5G x 2) of water in from the city every other weekend. If I happen to need an emergency change (after I get fish) I will have water, then will just have to give my dad a call and refill the bottles.)
