Question Bout Fish Choosings

ok...
my plan is to get 2 jack dempesys and maybe one or two convicts....tell me if this okay...i have a 55gallong tank that i would be using.....but i really want an algae eater too...am i overstocking the tank? i kno both of the fish can be aggresive..but...gahah.. tell me what i can do, i'm shooting for a pleco, but frm what i hear about the other too fish, i dont know if the pleco will be ripped to shreads or not, please help me.

Jacky_fish, JD"s are very aggressive and get to a decent size - they will grow into and fill a 55 gallon tank and there won't be room for any other cichlids with a pair. How about just sticking to a pair of JD's and the pleco.
