Ok so I kida forgot how to do the 20% clean out I know how to do the water parts but the conditioner and the crystal things how much would I put in for a 2ft by 1ft. Also I have this good bacteria thing that puts good abacteria in how much of that would I need

And another thing, is it just me or do my gouramis poo a lot?

You could always try reading the instructions on the side of the bottle?

 
Seriously, not all water conditioners are the same. The concentration of the active ingredients varies. Therefore, there is no way of knowing how much to use.
 
Same with the good bacteria thing (not that I would recommend using them anyway). And what are the "crystal things"?
