Pregnant Platy with lump??

My pregnant platy went from having a belly full of orange eggs to having a very red gravid spot. She has a white vent but the area is bulging, I also don't see any eyes(never have). I feel like with this bulge, she should have already started having her fry. She has been hiding for about 24 hours and not eating anything. She had a white stringy poo yesterday morning.

Most likely she's having worms. That can fatten her up as well.

Thank you! I just noticed some clear stringy stuff coming out of her, some of it was a golden color. She is also clenching her bottom fins alternately. Any idea what kind of worms?
