Are they pregnant or not??

You can assume that all female livebearers are pregnant all the time.

The top, spotty fish might be near to giving birth, but it can be hard to tell with younger females, as they don't get as large as mature females. The other, white one, has a way to go yet.

Agreed. The top one looks ready to give birth. You can tell by her stomach cause it looks round but flat on the bottom. Almost sqaurish.
