Pregnant or Fat?

Hi,
I just rescued two guppies and I'm curious if my female guppy is pregnant or not. I've done a little reading and she appears to have a gravid spot, but it's been more than 21 days so I'm not quite sure if she's pregnant or just fat.

Looking fairly pregnant to me. If you got the guppy from a tank with other males, the guppy is almost certainly pregnant.

It did come from a tank with other males and it's in a tank with one male now

She is definately pregnant. If your guppy came from a tank with any males, or is with a male now, it's pretty safe to assume she is pregnant. This is why I don't keep guppies anymore. They are constantly having babies! Usually, if you just let the mom give birth, then most of the fry will be eaten. But, some will always survive. If you save the fry, you will have to be prepared for thirty or so babies. Good luck!
