I recently bought 3 female guppies and one of them is pregnant and ready to give birth but she's in my community 54l tank and not in the 20l tank I set up due to wanting to run it for a good few days. She looks ready to go into labour any time soon but my question is would it be too stressful to move her into the 20l for her to give birth as she's being pestered by the other guppies in my tank which is worrying me as what if they stress her out to the point where she aborts? But I don't know whether I should move her as moving her will also stress her out.

I've attached a pic to show you how big she is

Do not catch and lift out in a net.

it is best and less stressful to use a small container such as a jug or cup gently guide fish into the container with the help of a net.

If you add plenty of cover that should help. The fry can survive in the tank with cover. Some will be eaten but as long as the adults are well fed they should survive. You could use live plants like guppy grass or hornwort. You can also add plastic floating plants.
